In 2003, Ms. Schepici joined Tufts Medical Center where she served until 2014, rising to the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Services. Her most recent position was as Chief Administrative Officer at MetroWest Medical Center.

Having summered on the Vineyard since college, Ms. Schepici and her husband, Anthony, built a home in Vineyard Haven in 2003 where they currently reside.
Search Committee Chairman Susan Crampton said, “As both a highly respected health care professional and longtime admirer of the Vineyard, it felt like a perfect fit. The Board of Trustees unanimously agreed.”
Ms. Schepici holds a Boston University Sargent College of Allied Health bachelor of science degree and a Boston University School of Public Health master of public health degree. Says Ms. Schepici, “I love the Vineyard and I am honored to be given this opportunity to serve my own community.”
Ms. Schepici is scheduled to begin work in January.
